Who is Kevin Zahri?
Kevin Zahri is the founder of Maxtrition.com.my, a US AFTA Certified Personal Trainer & Nutritionist and has been active in the local Health & Fitness industry for the last couple of years. He is best known as “Cikgu Fitness” in the recent season 4 of Malaysia’s number 1 reality show “Akademi Fantasia”. Menurut Kevin, apabila seseorang dah reach plateau, ada 5 perkara yang boleh dilakukan untuk terus turunkan berat:-

1. Kurangkan pengambilan kalori
2. Tambah kardio workout- supaya dapat bakar lebih kalori
3. Mulakan dengan latihan untuk muscle (weight training)
4. Kurangkan pengambilan lemak. 1g lemak=9kalori dan 1g protein=4kalori
5. Makan lebih kerap- dengan kuantiti yang sedikit supaya aras metabolisme kekal tinggi dan badan kekal aktif.
*actually yang ni aku belum dapat faham lagi macamana badan bertindakbalas. Macamana lebih kerap makan, aras metabolisme badan dpt dikekalkan, ye? Kena cari sebabnya ni. Masih tak faham-faham walaupun PFS pun pernah ckp pasal benda ni dlm blog dia.

Aku tertarik pulak dengan buku si Kevin ni Fitness24/7 yang menurut website ni ada Asian food calorie guide. Kalau sape yang dah ada, maybe boleh bagi further info dlm buku dia ni. InsyaAllah aku pun akan cari untuk reference sendiri nanti untuk dikongsi bersama.
